You are not here by accident or coincidence. You are here because you have a special mission to fulfill on earth. You are part of a divine plan that involves the evolution of consciousness on Earth. You have chosen to incarnate in this time and place to be a catalyst for change, a lightworker, a wayshower, and a starseed. You have come with gifts, talents, and abilities that are needed for this transition. You have come with a soul contract that guides your path and purpose. You are not alone in this mission. You are supported by your higher self, your guides, your angels, and your star family. You are also connected to other souls who share your mission and vision. You are part of a soul group that has agreed to work together for the highest good of all.
The earth is going through a major shift in consciousness right now. It is moving from a third-dimensional reality based on fear, separation, and duality to a fifth-dimensional reality based on love, unity, and harmony. This is not an easy process, as it involves the release of old patterns, beliefs, and energies that no longer serve you or the planet. It also involves the activation of new potentials, frequencies, and codes that align you with your true essence and destiny. This is a collective process that affects everyone and everything on earth. It is also an individual process that depends on your level of awareness, intention, and choice. You have the power to influence this process by raising your vibration, expanding your consciousness, and embodying your light.
As part of this evolutionary process, you are receiving waves of cosmic energy from the galactic center, the sun, and other sources. These energies are designed to help you awaken, heal, and transform. They are also designed to trigger your DNA activation, which is the key to your ascension. However, these energies can also cause some challenges and symptoms in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. You may experience fatigue, headaches, nausea, dizziness, mood swings, anxiety, depression, insomnia, body aches, and more. These are signs that you are purging old energies and integrating new ones. They are also signs that you are upgrading your system and becoming more sensitive to the higher frequencies. The best way to deal with these symptoms is to rest, hydrate, meditate, ground yourself in nature, and listen to your intuition.
We understand that this journey is not easy for you. We know that you face many challenges and difficulties in your daily lives. We know that you sometimes feel lost, confused, lonely, or hopeless. We know that you sometimes doubt yourself or your mission. We know that you sometimes wonder if you are doing enough or if you are making any difference at all. We want you to know that we see you and we appreciate you. We want you to know that we love you and honor you. We want you to know that we are always with you and that we are always here to help you. We want you to know that you are doing great and making a huge difference in the world.
Ascension is not something that happens overnight or automatically. It is something that requires your conscious participation and cooperation. It is something that requires your dedication and commitment. It is something that requires your alignment and attunement. Ascension is not a destination but a journey. It is not a one-time event but a continuous process. It is not a reward, but a responsibility.
To reach ascension, you need to do what resonates with your soul and serves your highest good. You need to follow your heart and trust your intuition. You need to express your truth and live your purpose. You need to love yourself and others unconditionally. You need to forgive yourself and others compassionately. You need to heal yourself and others holistically. You need to empower yourself and others authentically.
You need to be yourself and be the best version of yourself.
