How to Activate Your Chakras,
Our body has several energy centers or chakras as they are called in Sanskrit, however, we are just going to be focusing on the main 7 today. To activate them, It is important to keep these chakras clean and cleared to maintain a proper balance of emotions in our day to day life. Often they get blocked due to negative emotions or limiting beliefs.
The main chakra system consists of seven energy wheels that spin and spread energy in the environment that surrounds the body. These wheels also take energy from the outside world and distribute it to the blood, the main glands, the organs and the nervous centers. These 7 main chakras help the physical body, function properly.
The chakras are our energy centers, and each chakra has its own individual emotional and spiritual benefits. They are, in so many ways, associated with happiness, creativity, self-confidence, love, self-expression, vision and connection with the higher self and your spirituality.
There are several signs that show you that your chakras are not balanced.
These are Anger, Unworthiness, Depression, Loneliness, Anxiety, Guilt, Greed, and selfishness, which are all aspects of Fear.
To break out of this negative cycle, it is important to make sure that we keep our chakras balanced. We must keep our chakras clean and purified so that we can create space for new things that are coming on the way emotionally. Balanced chakras create a good balance with emotions as well.
Our thoughts and feelings directly affect the chakra system.
In fact, our thoughts, feelings and attitudes can shrink or even completely block the energy flow of a chakra to certain areas of the body. It depends on the way we look at the obstacles in life and the way we deal with challenges.
The Root Chakra Serves as our foundation to evolve and build our personality. Our link to the physical world, earth, our roots, “being” grounded, our survival instincts. When Out of balance we are in Fear. We feel unsafe and insecure. To Activate It, we need to feel secure, connected, supported, strong, trusting and safe.
The Sacral Chakra is The center for Creative Energy. It holds the Beauty of Creation in all aspects. Through this Chakra, we Mirror Creation itself. However, Throughout history, This energy has been used against us through Sexual Perversion. This Center is the most powerful Tool the Dark has used to hold you back in this ascension. When out of balance, we are Lustful and have strong sexual impulses, That do not reflect Love. Or, We may be more the Victim and feel Guilty, Unworthiness, or Helplessness.
To Activate It, we need to feel brave, passionate Love, energetic, outgoing, confident, considerate, creativity, spontaneous, ambitious, open, kind and happily connected to life.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is Where the personality is formed. It Relates to our feelings of being integrated into the melting pot of spiritual and earthy aspects. This is our gut instinct chakra.
When Out of Balance, we can feel Shame, and disconnection from Life.
To Activate It, we need to feel positive, whole, self-respect, compassion, self-esteem, personal power, a sense of purpose, confidence, hope and assertive.
The Heart Chakra Relates to our center of love, spirituality, humanity and healing. Our heart chakra is the neutralising center of all feelings and emotions. When Out of Balance we can feel sorrow or sadness. A Selfish heart is also unbalanced.
To Activate It, we need to feel joy, gratitude, love, unity of divine, compassion, trust, faith, acceptance, inspiration, forgiveness and empathy.
The Throat Chakra, relates to expressing our truth, communicating our needs and taking responsibility for decision-making. Also connects to our abilities to manifest our creativity through voice. When Unbalance, it reflects Lies. It is also hard to express oneself.
To Activate It, we need to feel we can relax, communicate freely, express ourselves, be who we are, honest, truthful, congruent. Also be silent and intuitive.
The Third Eye Chakra Relates to our inner vision, unity, perspective and divine spiritual wisdom, understanding and intuition. When Out of Balance, we are stuck in the Illusion.
To Activate It, we need to feel clear, empathic, focused, can determine between truth and illusion. We are open to receiving wisdom, insight and intelligence. There is an awareness of a spiritual connective realm beyond the physical.
And The Crown Chakra Connects us to an awareness of Oneness with Source, integration of whole, living in the now, meaning, devotion. A conscious alignment of knowledge beyond words or intellect, When Out of Balance, we have what is referred to as, attachments. This means Anything that we hold onto, can block our crown Chakra. We must learn to let go of all that does not serve our Higher Light.
To Activate It, we need to feel empowered, calm, valued, present to the moment, trusting of ourselves and the flow of life. See ourselves as a reflection of the divine. Can abandon ego for a higher, universal purpose. We are Totally connected to the Infinite Light.
Each energy center houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area we may be having. The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, within our health and wellbeing.
