This footage filmed on Monday features the aftermath of an alleged shelling in the city of Donetsk. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 20 civilians were killed, while another 28 were injured. Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson, Igor Konashenkov, stated that a residential block in the city center was damaged as a result of a Tochka-U tactical missile strike, adding that the shelling allegedly was launched from the Ukraine-controlled town of Krasnoarmeysk. "The use of such weapons in a city where there are no firing positions of the armed forces, that is, obviously against the civilian population, is a war crime," the statement by the Russian Defense Ministry said. It was also highlighted that "the fact that Tochka-U tactical missile was equipped with a cluster ammunition proves that the goal of the attack was to kill as many civilians as possible." The Ukrainian side denied launching the attack. "It is unmistakably a Russian rocket or another munition, there's not even any point talking about it," Ukrainian military spokesman Leonid Matyukhin told a televised briefing.
