We know that your day to day…, the rush of your day to day prevents you from having this greater contact with nature. Many times you don't even allow yourself to look at the beauty of a sunset or feel the wind hitting your face, or feel your own heat, or your own cool night air, put your feet on the ground and feel the planet in that you are.
It is important that you take more time for this. To place your bodies – these wonderful vehicles – that allow you to experience all of this holography, so preciously. Put your bodies in contact with nature, with the spirit of the Earth that is constantly calling you through different signs. Often, these signs don't happen the way you'd like. They tend to happen in a more painful way, a physical discomfort, a pain in the spine, a headache, an ache in your stomach, a body boredom, a feeling of weakness. We know that many of you go to your doctors, have your exams – which we never told you not to do – and you tend to find – most of the time, with a few exceptions – that, physically, there is nothing abnormal.
This walk needs to be continuous with this awareness. So, you will realize that, as you go through this process of expansion and reconnection with your "Higher Self", you will have to, in some way, respect your body's limits and meet its needs, in terms of respect for this much-needed connection to planetary nature.
We too have been through all the phases that you have been through, and that's why we're here; we know what you are going through. And how important and edifying this will be for your spirit, your DNA, bringing your Earth back to its original potential day after day, but none of what we are talking about can happen without commitment and dedication particular. This is obviously more than necessary. We know how much you are already dedicated to so many other fronts – and this is important – how much you make yourself available to help others – your peers – to collaborate. But, many times, they slip in their own care, in the dynamics that are so necessary for the balance of their body, mind, soul and spirit, while experiencing this dimension. As you walk,

We were much more active in Lemurian and Atlantean times, but the new dynamics that you have chosen, little by little, have invited us to move away, at least visually, and the time comes when this reconnection is necessary.
