The Andromeda Intergalactic Council is a delegation of Many different Races of Higher 9th degree, and beyond, from all over the Universe who are aligned with the Divines Purpose. We are also aligned with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, and work closely with the Angelic's of Higher 12th Degree and beyond the Pleroma.
This Delegation following the will of the Divine has allowed for a major energetic procedural upgrade to take place. During your recent solstice and energy influx, the Divine allowed for What you Understand as A Multidimensional Portal to be opened. This is not a doorway into lower dimensions, but into the Higher realms and dimensions of the higher spectrum. This is a space that opens within each individual's Consciousness, That allows for the crossing into Other Dimensions and realms, Many of you are already aware that Humans are multidimensional beings. Some of you have already traversed into other realms and dimensions, knowingly, and have already become masters in doing so.
However, This new Upgrade if you wish, is a reconnection through your DNA that allows for you to knowingly traverse with much more ease throughout the Multidimensional Spectrum of Existance. Your Third Eye, or what is known as your pineal Gland, is a Portal to these realms of existence.
Many of you are now noticing that you seem to be seeing things beyond the veil. This Channel has witnessed what she describes as Ghostly animals and Streaks of Colored Lights, along with seeing the aura of everyone and everything. You will witness Colors emitting frequencies. Your Nature will begin to emit a golden glow, around your plants and trees, and you will even see this with your Clouds and Water. You will also begin to witness the frequencies of other humans, through their Aura they emit. Their Aura Color will go from a Bright white which is very high frequency, Through the entire color spectrum all the Way down to Dark Grey or even Black which will indicate that that individual is very Low in vibration.
You will be able to witness all other frequencies there on Earth. This will also bring you truth of those around you, showing their true intentions. The Infinite Light always brings truth, and as you grow in the Light, you will know Truth when you see it. Nothing will ever be able to be hidden from you again.
There is so much to explore within your Multidimensional Existence. You will now be able to do this without interference from the Dark Ones. This Advanced ability was stripped from your DNA, by the Dark Ones, so you would not Know Your Multidimensional Self. If you had known that, you were indeed a Magnificent Being. You would have not been able to be enslaved.
As this gets reconnected within your DNA, you will be able to go anywhere you wish with ease. Before Long, this upgrade will allow for total transference of the Body as well. As you raise in frequency, you will be able to think of a place, and you will be transported There. At First just your Consciousness, but before long you will be teleporting your whole body. The Merkaba Field around your Body acts as a teleportation device when you are in full Fifth Degree Frequency and beyond. No Need for Starships. You are a Starship.
As you move higher in the Degree of Light, you are being attuned with the Higher Energetic codes of this Universe.
These will feel like maps within the consciousness, showing the way to infinite possibilities within the Light.

This upgrade will also allow for you to meet your Star Families, giving you direct access through your Third eye connection. this is not like channeling or transmission, this is your direct connection with Home.
