The subconscious mind is the gateway to a file system of everything you have ever experienced since you first existed. This includes your previous life experiences. As well as all beliefs you may have had, then and now. All your memories, your skills, all situations you've ever been in throughout time, and all images you have ever seen. All of These Files can also be considered the background programs and constructs of our Conscious mind. This is a complete record of our existence. This is our connection to our Akashic records
The Akashic records are a compendium of all human events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future. They are believed by theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the etheric plane.
The Sanskrit term akasha was introduced to the language of theosophy through H. P. Blavatsky (1831–1891), who characterized it as a sort of life force; she also referred to "indestructible tablets of the astral light" recording both the past and future of human thought and action
Why can't we remember any of this stuff?
When we enter into a new lifetime our consciousness is erased, which causes an amnesia effect. This was done to slow our spiritual growth. The less we remember the easier it is to enslave us. But, it is thought that if we can raise our consciousness to a certain point of understanding , we can access these files anytime we wish. It is a matter of clearing out all the Old stuff we don't need anymore, like old beliefs and traumas of ages past.
There is ways of remembering this information,
One is through Hypnosis. It has been discovered that you can visit a past life experience, while being hypnotized. But most do not get the chance to do this.
However there is other ways.
The common way for us to remember this information is through our visions and dreams. The more you focus your intentions on accessing these files the easier it becomes.
Meditation is always a great way to center your consciousness. As we Clear our conscious mind, this allows for the subconscious to open up and reveal the hidden files.
While you meditate in silence, notice thoughts and images going through your head, "let go" or release any and all negative thoughts and emotions in this moment.
We clear our Mind during meditation by focusing on our breath or heart beat.
The focus is to bring the mind and body to peace
At this Time we may see flashes of images coming from our subconsciousness,
Many times these images can be telling you a story or show you strange but familiar places. These are your records. The more you focus to access them the easier it will be for you to see them. Sometimes these images are not so pleasant, and may be even fearful. These are the past experiences that we need to release. See the negative and except it as your error and then release it back to the Source as an old program and forgive yourself, clearing that part of your subconsciousness. This allows the Light to transform and transmute you farther into your highest light.
As we raise our vibration This also makes it easier to access these records.
The higher your light is the easier it is to have the visions to access your past life Memories. By continually working on raising your frequency you are actively preparing yourself for the visions. JUST BE LOVE
It is not necessary to access your Akashic Records.
It is totally up to the person, on whether you wish to focus energy on your past or not.
What you need to clear will naturally come to the surface. We replay the events, even over and over from our past lives, to learn the lessons needed to advance our spiritual Growth. Having access to these records would make it much easier, but it is not necessary.
