Throughout our known history, we have been told that the "Little People" only existed in fairy tales. We were shown glimpses of them in children stories such as "Peter Pan" and "The Little's".
Little people have been part of the folklore of many cultures in human history, including Ireland, Greece, the Philippines, the Hawaiian Islands, New Zealand, Flores Island, Indonesia, and Native Americans.
All around the world there has been discoveries of very small humanoid skeletons ranging from 5 inches to 2 ft. These unusual finds have stumped many archaeologists and scientists. Usually these find are swept under the rug, to never be talked about again.
Who Are The "Little People"?
This is not an easy question to answer because there is no hard and fast definition. It varies according to culture with numerous nations having their unique tales. Let’s take a look at just some of the definitions.
These little beings could be Fairies, Pixies, Hobbits, Dwarfs, Gnomes, and even Leprechauns and many others.
The "Little People" around the World
While the existence of fairies is commonly associated with the United Kingdom and Ireland, most nations around the world have their own version of this magical creature. For example, the Cherokee Indians in North Carolina refer to fairies as Yunw Tsunsdi. These little people are effectively elf-like natives. The Cherokee have great respect for these elves as they believe they are spirits belonging to an age before man.

The Native peoples of North America told legends of a race of "little people" who lived in the woods near sandy hills and sometimes near rocks located along large bodies of water, such as the Great Lakes. Often described as "hairy-faced dwarfs" in stories, petroglyph illustrations show them with horns on their head and traveling in a group of 5 to 7 per canoe.
Over in Eastern Europe, a number of countries have tales relating to fairies. In Germany, they had evil spirits working in mines that caused havoc. Whenever miners heard the knocking of the kobolds, they knew not to work. One Hungarian author saw the outlines of tiny creatures with a vague resemble to humans that were ‘black and grotesque’.
You may be surprised to learn that at the beginning of the 20th century, large swathes of rural Ireland and Britain had a steadfast belief in the existence of fairies. The term ‘fairy’ comes from the word ‘fay,' which in turn derives from the old French word ‘feie.' This word came from the Latin word for Fates ‘fata’. The Fates were supernatural beings that played a major role in the fortunes of humans.
Do "The Little People" still exist today?
It is thought that when things got really tough for them to live with humans, they retreated underground. These being were also thought to be multidimensional in nature, being able to pop in and out of the 3rd and 4th dimensions at will.
There is a group, that claim to actually speak with these beings, they are called the Faeids, or Faeidism. These individuals can at any time enter the fairy realms. They wear the seven pointed star. which shows others that they use the fairy magic. The Fairy Craft consists of both white and black magic. The Fairy kingdom is within the 4th dimensions, and can be dangerous if you do not know who or what you are working with.

Descriptions of a subterranean race of dwarves or Elves exists across the globe. It is also common that the dwarfs are also attached to the "spirit realm." The origin of these "Earth Spirits" also known as Elementals is with the Fallen Angels who produced both the giants and the race of Elves. Like the giants, their spirits are forever bound to the earth, according to the Book of Enoch. The Chreokee Indians in this region shared this legend of a race of fairies and pixies.
An ancient graveyard of vastproportions has been found in Coffee county. It is similiar to those found in White county and other places in middle Tennessee, but is vastly more extensive, and shows that the race of pygmies who once inhabited this country were very numerous. The same peculiarities of position Observed in the White county graves are found in these. The writer of the letter says: "Some considerable excitement and curiousity took place a few days since, near Hillsboro, Coffee county, on James Brown's farm. A man was ploughing in a field which had been cultivated many years, and ploughed up a man's skull and other bones. After making further examination they found that there were about six acres in the graveyard. They were buried in a sitting or standing position. The bones show that they were a dwarf tribe of people, about three feet
high. It is estimated that there were about 75,000 to 100,000 buried there. This shows that this country was inhabited hundreds of years ago."
The Little People of the Cherokee are a race of Spirits who live in rock caves on the mountain side. They are little fellows and ladies reaching almost to your knees. They are well shaped and handsome, and their hair so long it almost touches the ground. They are very helpful, kind-hearted, and great wonder workers. They love music and spend most of their time drumming, singing, and dancing. They have a very gentle nature, but do not like to be disturbed.
Sometimes their drums are heard in lonely places in the mountains, but it is not safe to follow it, for they do not like to be disturbed at home, and they will throw a spell over the stranger so that he is bewildered and loses his way, and even if he does at last get back to the settlement he is like one dazed ever after. Sometimes, also, they come near a house at night and the people inside hear them talking, but they must not go out, and in the morning they find the corn gathered or the field cleared as if a whole force of men had been at work. If anyone should go out to watch, he would die.
When a hunter finds anything in the woods, such as a knife or a trinket, he must say, 'Little People, I would like to take this' because it may belong to them, and if he does not ask their permission they will throw stones at him as he goes home.
Some Little People are black, some are white and some are golden like the Cherokee. Sometimes they speak in Cherokee, but at other times they speak their own 'Indian' language. Some call them "Brownies".

The Carlingford Leprechauns: Protected by the European Union, But Are They Real?
Along with the harp and Saint Patrick, leprechauns have become iconic of Ireland. These mischievous fairies; with their green coats and hats, pots of gold at the edge of rainbows, and promise of three wishes if captured are still popular, even though most people consider them to simply be a legend. There are, however, some people, mostly in Ireland, who believe firmly that Leprechauns exist today or that they existed in the past. They are believed to have been among the fairies that lived in prehistoric fairy mounds and fairy circles that are found across the British Isles, especially those in Ireland. One example of this would be the strange tale of the Carlingford Leprechauns, who are in fact a protected species in the European Union.

The story all began in 1989, with a man by the name of P.J. O’Hare. O’Hare was tending his garden when he heard a scream coming from the nearby Foy Mountain in Mourne Mountain Range. He rushed up the mountain to find something that astonished him, scorched earth and charred bones surrounded by a green suit, hat, and several other items. These were all of very small size, including the skeletal remains. He also found 4 gold coins. He became convinced that these items belonged to a genuine, albeit now deceased, leprechaun. He placed all the items inside of a glass box at his pub - where they remain to this day.

Amazing Discovery! Fossils Of Tiny Humans Found In Antarctica
The remains of what appear to be tiny humans have been found in the Whitmore mountain range in Antarctica, an area not thought to have been habited until recent times given the location's remoteness and frigid temperatures.

The most puzzling thing about these fossils, however, is that they predate the dinosaurs, hundreds of millions of years before anything resembling hominids first appeared. The two near perfectly preserved skeletons are thought to be 600 million years old. Older than any previously discovered vertebrates. Older than any land-living organism yet discovered in the fossil record. Much older than anything even resembling a creature complex enough to be a biped.
The shape of the bones also indicates that they are human rather than primate and the completeness of the remains also suggests that they are from adults rather than infants. Whether these are some advanced civilization that visited and possibly lived on the Earth long before complex life evolved is
While the discoverer of the bones insists that they are not extraterrestrial in origin, there is a distinct lack of any other explanation given the age of the fossils. At a time in history when life was evolving in the seas, and nothing even lived on the land, let alone advanced species such as mammals, human remains are definitely out of place.
Even if such a species were native to the earth, there would have been little for them to feed on outside of very simple life forms in the seas which would have to have been collected and harvested in huge quantities. The land was completely barren and without any shelter or means of making tools or avoiding weather or extremes of heat or cold. In short, the land t that time was completely uninhabitable.

The California Museum of Paleontology describes the period:
"The fossil history of life on Earth has been pushed back to 3.5 billion years before the present. Most of these fossils are microscopic bacteria and algae. However, in the latest Proterozoic — a period now called the Ediacaran or the Vendian, and lasting from about 635 to 542 million years ago* — macroscopic fossils of soft-bodied organisms can be found in a few localities around the world, confirming Darwin's expectations."
Ruling out a native species unless they were advanced enough not to need to prey on other species for sustenance the only other plausible option is that the humanoids came from elsewhere.
A suitably advanced species could survive in an environment without any of the natural resources needed to survive as they could create their own or bring tools and technology with them to survive.
The problem with this idea, however, is that they would still have needed to evolve in an environment that has these recourses to become advanced in the first place. Since the Earth 600 million years ago lacked anything other than simple life forms, this cannot be the case for the tiny humanoids, and another explanation must be the cause of their appearance all those years ago.

Hobbit-Like Human Ancestor Found in Asia
Scientists have found skeletons of a human species that grew no larger than a three-year-old modern child. The species lived with pygmy elephants and giant lizards on a remote island in Indonesia.
Scientists have found skeletons of a hobbit-like species of human that grew no larger than a three-year-old modern child. The tiny humans, who had skulls about the size of grapefruits, lived with pygmy elephants and Komodo dragons on a remote island in Indonesia 18,000 years ago.
Australian and Indonesian researchers discovered bones of the miniature humans in a cave on Flores, an island east of Bali and midway between Asia and Australia.
Scientists have determined that the first skeleton they found belongs to a species of human completely new to science. Named Homo floresiensis, after the island on which it was found, the tiny human has also been dubbed by dig workers as the "hobbit," after the tiny creatures from the Lord of the Ringsbooks.
The original skeleton, a female, stood at just 1 meter (3.3 feet) tall, weighed about 25 kilograms (55 pounds), and was around 30 years old at the time of her death 18,000 years ago.
The skeleton was found in the same sediment deposits on Flores that have also been found to contain stone tools and the bones of dwarf elephants, giant rodents, and Komodo dragons, lizards that can grow to 10 feet (3 meters) and that still live today.
Homo floresienses has been described as one of the most spectacular discoveries in paleoanthropology in half a century—and the most extreme human ever discovered.
The species inhabited Flores as recently as 13,000 years ago, which means it would have lived at the same time as modern humans, scientists say.

Ireland: Archaeologists Discover Remains of New Humanoid Species

Drogheda | A team of archaeologists affiliated with the University College Dublin, have unearthed three skeletons from a previously unknown humanoid species of extremely small size in a wooded area of Eastern Ireland.
The specimens measuring between 47 and 61 centimeters are presumably from an entirely new species of humanoid, distinct from modern humans, which would have survived until the 12th or 13th century AD.
The bones which were presumably partially unearthed by a recent rainfall, and were found by three local children who were playing in the area.
The young boys immediately contacted the police, believing they had found the remains of murdered children. The medical examiner called on the site, rapidly understood that this was not a modern crime scene, but seemed instead to be an unusual archeological site.
He contacted the University College Dublin to ask for help, and the institution sent Professor Edward James McInnes to analyze the discovery.
The bodies of two females and one male were discovered with a small number of artifacts in what appeared to have been a small settlement, near the banks of the river Boyne.
The team of archaeologists led by Professor McInnes has named the species Homo minusculus, which means either ‘Tiny Man’ or ‘Is small in comparison’.

This tiny axe blade was found near the body of the male individual. It is presumed to have been used as both a weapon and a tool.
Various small stone Tools and weapons were found near the bodies, including an axe, two knives, a spear point and even two miniature sewing needles.
These items suggest that the Homo Minisculus had only reached a technological level comparable to human hunters-gatherers from the Paleolithic period, as no pottery or metal items have been found on the site.
Many bones from various small animals including squirrels, hares, moles, and hedgehogs were found near the settlement, many of which bore traces of cooking.
The various dating analyses realized on the bones and artifacts have shown that they dated from somewhere between 1145 and 1230 AD, which means that the species would have coexisted with modern humans for more than 45000 years.
This amazing discovery suggests that many tales and stories from the Middle Ages which were considered as fantastic by historians could indeed be based on real facts.
Homo minusculus could have inspired stories of leprechauns, elves, and brownies that are common in European folklore.

Professor McInnes and his team believe that Homo minusculus could have disappeared due to the destruction of its habitat by surrounding human communities.
It remains unclear at the moment if Homo Minusculus evolved from Homo erectus, from Homo sapiens idaltu or even from Homo sapiens sapiens, but its morphological similarities with modern humans suggest that it evolved as a separate subspecies towards the end of the human lineage.
The explanation for its small size also remains a mystery, but Professor McInnes believes it could be linked to the scarcity of resources during the most recent glacial period which extended the last years of the Pleistocene, from approximately 110,000 to 12,000 years ago.
After the discovery of the Homo Floresiensis (that would have stood about 1.1 m in height) in 2003, on the island of Flores in Indonesia, a human subspecies which is believed to have gone extinct about 30000 years ago, this new find proves that many other hominin subspecies did indeed coexist with modern humans for thousands of years.

Mystery of winged tiny 'human skeletons' found in 'basement of old London house'
Preserved 'remains' of fairies, werewolves and aliens claimed to have been revealed in house clearance of mansion owned by mysterious 19th century collector
Skeletal winged bodies of fairies, werewolves and aliens were said to have been found in the basement of an old house in London.
The macabre collection features what appears to be a range of mythical beasts, in cases and jars in gruesome poses.
Fairies seen with their flesh rotted away and their wings nailed to display boards are joined by sinister-looking contorted alien bodies and hairy humanoid remains.
The hoard also featured sketches of Jack the Ripper victims Catherine Eddowes and Elizabeth Stride along with alleged human hearts and other organs preserved in jars.
The gruesome exhibits were said to have been the collection of Thomas Theodore Merrylin, who was described as "a rich aristocrat and biologist in the 1800s".
A blog post about the supposed finds claimed: "In 1960 in London at the time of clearing the site for construction of a new residential neighborhood, the old long-abandoned mansion belonged to Thomas Theodore Merrylin was set for demolition.
"In the basement of the home, builders have discovered several thousand small wooden boxes tightly sealed.
"Imagine their surprise when they began to find inside the bodies of strange mythical creatures, which seemed to have been living only in fairy tales."
The shocking artifacts were revealed by artist Alex CF, who claimed Merrylin’s diaries refer to "all sorts of advanced ideas that didn’t exist at the time, such as quantum physics and the multiverse theory."
His diaries also allegedly contain scientific explanations for many of the mythical-looking specimens in his collection.
Alex CF claims to be the curator of the collection, which can be viewed online .
But the story is actually well-crafted narrative pieced together by the artist.
Commenting on the pieces, one online commenter, called James Campbell, wrote: "Did this guy raid the props department of Hammer films I mean come on people.
Body of Bizarre Winged Humanoid Found in Mexico
A group of paranormal researchers are attempting to determine the nature and origins of a strange winged creature discovered in Mexico.
The tiny oddity boasts what appears to be a humanoid body along with a set of wings, causing some to suggest that it could be a fairy or an alien!
Brien Foerster says that he spotted the bizarre creature floating in a specimen jar at an office in Mexico back in January.
Since then, it has allegedly been subjected to an x-ray analysis which showed that it contained a skeleton.
In the video which unveiled the creature, author L.A. Marzulli speaks with a man who appears to be the scientist that conducted the tests.
They conclude that the oddity could not be a hoax because the x-ray scan would have revealed that if it were a doll or some other fabrication.
In light of the bone structure found inside the creature, researchers hope to extract and analyze DNA from it to learn more about what it might be.
Despite the fantastic nature of the creature, it would be best to exercise caution before leaping to a paranormal conclusion, since a number of previous 'alien bodies' have been disproven in the past.
Nonetheless, hopefully future tests on the mysterious discovery will show whether it has a terrestrial or alien origin.

NEW ZEALAND – Archeologists at an excavation site in Dunedin, New Zealand, discovered the fossilized remains of winged humans!
The discovery was made yesterday morning when Dr. Herman Meyer of Massey University uncovered the fossilized bones of a human male with bird-like wings.
Further digging by Dr. Meyer and his team yielded even more astonishing discoveries. After the 30 day excavation, which concluded on Saturday, over 250 winged creatures had been found.
“I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” said Dr. Meyer. “One after another these fossils kept appearing out of the dirt. It led me to think that an entire civilization of winged humans once lived here!”

Dr. Meyer and his team ran tests on the fossilized remains, concluding that the winged humans were a nomadic people that roamed the Earth in mass groupings or “flocks.”
“These winged humans were a civilized people” said Dr. Meyer. “They used tools and built houses. They may have even developed their own language.”
Additional tests found that the winged humans could fly at speeds of up to 60 mph and at altitudes of over 6,000 ft.
More impressive was that dating techniques indicated the fossils to be at least 100,000 years old, an age which Dr. Meyer and his team consider “recent” in the timeline of human evolution.
“The fact that these fossils are only 100,000 years old is astounding,” said Dr. Meyer. “If what the dating techniques indicate is true, then these winged humans developed after the era of modern Homo sapiens.”
“That means they could still be around,” he added.
The news of Dr. Meyer’s discovery has sent shockwaves through the scientific community, forcing scientists everywhere to rethink the history of mankind.
“Dr. Meyer has rewritten the book of human evolution,” said PhD Ape, WWN’s resident expert on all things scientific. “He is bound to win the Nobel Prize.”
Some in the scientific community say the winged humans may be the key to understanding the mysteries of modern science, like where Bat Boy came from or where Elvis is hiding.

What is this Strange Winged Creature?

A small human-like winged creature, was discovered in Mexico by a thirteen year old boy on the side of a motorway. According to the boy the creature seemed as if recently dead.
DNA testing has showed that the creature´s DNA is similar to that of humans. According to Ricardo Rangel, a molecular biologist, the creature´s DNA is 98.5% similar to that of humans. The x-rays confirmed that the creature had a full skeleton and bone structure in all parts of its body and therefore probably not a hoax. Also, the x-ray showed that one of the legs was once broken and treated. A number of puzzling white dots appear in the x-rays which could indicate a hoax (points where the hoaxer joined parts together from other animals). However, they appear in random locations which are asymmetrical.
